As a Reservation Officer at Napasai, A Belmond Hotel Koh Samui, Thailand, you are part of a team that enhances guest experiences through personalized handling of reservation requests. Primary Responsibilities Include

• Answering all reservation phone calls, taking reservations, and dealing with reservation correspondence under the standard LQA.
• Remind to who will handle for the group booking inquiry and immediately pass all information to who is concerned and able to follow up.
• Checking to see that all equipment is working properly and that the needed number of supplies is on hand.
• Conducting telemarketing under the direction of the director of sales and marketing.
• Give friendly and courteous service to future guests while involved in telephone under the standard LQA.
• To ensure that stationary and technical equipment are use and kept in good condition. And know how to make the order or purchase when it needed.

Requirements:
What You Bring:

• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with both internal and external contacts.
• Demonstrates good interaction and manners during conversations.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Special consideration for degrees in hotel hospitality, hotel business, or the tourism industry.
• Clear and confident speaker.
• Active listener.
• Highly driven to achieve sales results.
• Proactively takes the initiative to learn new things.
