- Collaborative: Actively engage with key stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organization. Foster open communication to align on hiring needs and business priorities.

- Team Development & Transformation: Lead the transformation of the talent acquisition function by driving initiatives that improve processes, efficiency, and team performance. Motivate and guide the team through periods of change, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained high performance.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals, especially during periods of change or transformation.
- Driving Transformation: Lead and support the transformation of the talent acquisition function, utilizing data, technology, and industry best practices to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes. Introduce innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Sourcing & Pool Development: Ensure the talent acquisition team proactively builds and maintains a strong talent pipeline to support both immediate and long-term business needs. Prepare for business changes and crisis by developing strategic talent pools.
- Network Building: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, industry professionals) to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates and insights into the job market.
- Performance Management: Support team performance by setting clear objectives, tracking KPIs, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to achieve high levels of success.
- Senior Level Hiring: Take ownership for the recruitment of senior & critical roles.
We love that you are…
- Experienced Leader: Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record preferably across both in-house and executive search/agency environments, along with significant management experience. You have a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business goals and partner with senior leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Market Savvy: Deep understanding of the recruitment marketplace, including the ability to forecast labor trends and implement efficient recruitment channels, balancing cost-efficiency with quality.
- Legally Informed: Knowledgeable about employment law and its application to the recruitment process.
- Results-Oriented: Able to identify and implement solutions to complex business problems, consistently driving results that contribute to Pandora’s success (financial and non-financial).
- Decision-Maker: Able to make tough decisions and prioritize initiatives, ensuring the right balance between short-term needs and long-term organizational goals.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to work hard and create meaningful impact; adaptable and open to change in dynamic environments.
- Effective Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and influence key decision-makers.

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of Talent Acquisition people and report to Director, Talent Acquisition.

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople. By the end of 2023, there are 107 million pieces sold globally, all of which were hand-finished here in Thailand by our skilled craftspeople using high-quality raw materials and sustainable methods.
