As our Logistics Officer, you will be a key person responsible for import/export operations, tracking shipments, resolving issues, monitoring inventory, supporting KPIs, and contributing to process improvements. You will coordinate with various internal and external teams, including Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Accounting, Warehouse, suppliers, and forwarders.

• Board of Investment (BOI):
  

• Verify raw materials, goods received, and material movement transactions.

• Calculate monthly consumption, costs, and manufacturing costs.

• National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC):
  

• Prepare data for submissions to the NBTC.

• Communicate with internal and external teams on NBTC-related matters.

• Communication & Coordination:
  

• Coordinate with internal and external teams regarding import regulations and rulings.

• Collaborate with Sales staff and the Warehouse team to plan and manage import clearance.

• Import Shipment Process:
  

• Input data for incoming import shipments into the system.

• Monitor the process to ensure timely clearance and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in BOI, NBTC, import & export, and import clearance
• Good command of English
• Fluent in Thai
• Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Strong service mindset, effective negotiation skills, and ability to work well under pressure
