As Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role at Corbion’s largest lactic acid plant, leading a skilled team of two senior accountants and collaborating with a diverse international finance team. Your Responsibilities

In this key leadership role, you will:

• Ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger in line with Thai Accounting Standards (TAS), IFRS, and company guidelines, delivering timely and precise financial reports.
• Oversee asset, liability, and P&L reconciliations and analyze discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and disclose local and managerial reports, meeting internal and external documentation needs promptly.
• Manage treasury and cash flow, including forecasting and coordination with Division Treasury.
• Handle compliance with Bank of Thailand (BOT) and Ministry of Commerce (MOC) reporting requirements.
• Prepare BOI reports and ensure alignment with BOI regulations for capitalized assets, costs, and expenses.
• Oversee tax compliance, implement changes in local tax rules, and leverage available benefits.
• Manage fixed asset processes, including acquisitions, write-offs, and depreciation.
• Partner with Controlling to monitor fixed costs and actuals against budgets.
• Review and enhance internal accounting processes to mitigate risks.
• Mentor and support team members in achieving their professional goals.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with an international company.
• Expertise in Thai GAAP, IFRS, and experience liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies such as the Revenue Department, BOT, and BOI.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, such as SAP, and strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
