• Administer onshore funds, including transaction processing, client account opening, and communication with counterparties
• Assist the team head in monitoring daily process effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with SOP and regulations
• Act as the independent point of contact for coordinating TA projects and implementations across regions and functions
• Ensure appropriate operating procedures are in place, and that compliance and risk management policies are adhered to in daily operations, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Handle incoming inquiries and resolve outstanding operational issues in a timely manner
• Process ETF fund transactions and perform related tasks
• Participate in projects, system planning, and testing

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in business or management
• At least 3 years of experience in onshore/offshore fund operations or relevant fields; experience with ETFs is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience in project planning and implementation is preferred
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• SITE/SICE professional license required
• Highly motivated, dedicated, energetic, and result-oriented attitude
