• Enable new Software features, including customer request, competitive analysis, industrial standard study, and critical feature planning for each generation platforms.

• Product lifecycle management from kick-off to release.

• Manage schedule and issues, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and customers.

• Manage both feature request and issue support request from customers.

• Develop training material for customer and internal trainings as required.

• Suggest and plan improvements to product, solution and process.
