Introduction to the job
As HR service representative, you will be trained to equip the knowledge of HR system and processes. Supporting employees and managers on routine work and standardized activities. We are responsible for Taiwan, China, Singapore and Malaysia scope. This position will be based in Taiwan and contribute to the success of ABS organization.

As HR service representative, you will be trained to equip the knowledge of HR system and processes. Supporting employees and managers on routine work and standardized activities. We are responsible for Taiwan, China, Singapore and Malaysia scope. This position will be based in Taiwan and contribute to the success of ABS organization.
Role and responsibilities

Acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR systems (Workday and Service Now) and processes (onboarding, life cycle, offboarding, etc.) with high efficiency and quality results

Handles a variety of onboarding to offboarding cases with standardized steps

Coordinates events or conducts activities (e.g. new hire orientation, employee briefing, etc.)

Understands the connections / impacts between HR systems / processes and regulations

Identifies problems or challenges from daily operations, ensures accurate and follow-up on cases to deliver the best employee experiences

Participates in continuous improvement activities
Education and experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or above
-
With 2-3 years relevant experience in HR domain
-
Has in-depth experience in relevant local HR processes or systems and policies
Skills
-
Understanding of HR roles, ABS (GBS) service delivery model and expectations

Proficient in HR related regulations in Taiwan / China

Fluent in Chinese and English
-
Fast-learner and can-do attitude at a fast-paced environment

Proactive, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Other information
-
Require 1-2 days per month for domestic business travel, depends on needs
