What you’ll do:
"It is a technical application engineering team to support customers of Asia Pacific zone.
Consider system integrated applications to provide product testing, issue analysis, function customizations and development executions.
The role is a professional individual contributor with technical cross function teamwork to achieve product design and hardware development."
"Participate new product/function developments, execute validation to support global programs and local customer needs
Develop and promote Energy Storage solutions, integrated to Energy Aware UPS.
Arrange new product technical demonstration and communication in seminar or exhibition
Sustain three phase UPS products for engineering change, implementation and quality tracking
Analyze three phase UPS product field failure case, physically tests and reappear issues for followed improvements.
Develop product issue solutions with Eaton internal cross functions.
Communicate and negotiate solutions with Global/Asia/Taiwan customers, and follow through to complete the implementations."

Qualifications:
"UPS or power electronics related product experience 3 years at least
Skills:
New product development experience is preferred
Customer technical communication experience is preferred
Electrical engineering
Power electronics design
Validation skills
UPS product design is prefered
MCU Firmware or PLC design experience is preferred"
"Good to handle Internal cross function communication
English communication capability, reading and writing skills at least
Proactive attitude to drive results and high EQ to deal with temporarily extreme pressure
Customer service and negotiation skills
Available to Asia pacific overseas travel by mission assignment"
