Opportunity Overview

• Invoicing : Generate Oracle invoice, issue e-invoice and deliver invoice to customers
• Cash receipt : cash collection, cash application TWD & USD, misc adjustment and report run
• Foreign exchange reporting : communication with bank for incoming USD payment purpose, preparing and submitting the foreign exchange declaration forms
• Monthly closing : ensuring AR subsystem transactions post into GL timely and successfully, completing monthly Revenue, VAT and AR account reconciliation
• Support & update : GUI number update in Oracle for AR collection purpose, export tracking data table maintenance
• Auditing and compliance : preparing documents and support on external audit, confirming and replying letter from Tax Bureau for VAT variance checking
• ad hoc : other assigned tasks and duties required to support finance team or work collaboratively on accounting and compliance issues with regional and global objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance related field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of experience is plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, experience in e-invoice system is preferred, experience using Oracle or SAP ERP is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in English (written, read and oral)
