Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.

• Plan and conduct internal EHS training for Taiwan and overseas employees
• Supervision of high-risk work and collaborate with customer to prevent violation and injury.
• Clarify the critical risk onsite and have communication to stakeholders and employees.
• Perform customer Fab onsite patrol and audit, identify and improve potential EHS concerns and issues.
• Customer Fab gown, storage area 6S management
• Attend customer regular EHS meeting and documentations
• Ensure PIP/ Security/ EHS compliance with government, customer and company requirements.
• Incident/ customer violation emergency response and follow-up
• EHS project planning and management
• Other administrative work

• Bachelor's or master’s level degree and 1 years related work experience.
• Level B EHS license (乙級安全衛生管理員) above is preferred.
• Good Knowledge of local EHS regulations or customer EHS/ PIP rules
• English written and oral capability, good in communication, collaboration
• Critical thinking, problem solving, communication skills, ownership are necessary
• Good in Microsoft Office skills (ex: Power Point, Excel, Word…) and presentation skill.
