The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.
In this role, you’re expected to:

Execute Foreign Inward Investment Reporting (FIIR) and Paylink transaction according to established procedures and deadlines
-
Incoming cross-border transactions in TWD handling.
-
Domestic remittance processing.
-
Cheque Issuance on behalf Corp Customer.
-
Dividend Cheque / ACH payment handling.
-
Incoming cross-border transactions in TWD handling.
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
-
Response incoming inquiries via various channels
-
Referral handling and various problems solving
-
Assist the department in the implementation of various projects.
-
Conduct UAT / PROD testing when required
-
Support general functions
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
-
2-4 years of relevant experience
-
Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
-
Efficient and fluent verbal and written communication skills with clear articulation in English and Mandarin
-
Good typing skill in English and Chinese (Chinese/English typing: 50 words per minute) .
-
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
-
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsible
-
Able to work under high pressure, effectively within a fast paced environment
-
Ability to work independently and as part of team with good attitude
-
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
