Position summary
Located in the centre of Zug (Switzerland) our Company is focused on the trading of raw materials (mainly coal). To complete our team, and ensure efficient accounting management, we are looking for a Trading Accountant, with finance / Accounting background and good knowledge of IT tools, taking care of the following tasks:
Your main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all accounting related tasks, including:
· Production of the monthly and quarterly reporting as well as annual works related to financial statements;
· Production of annual financial statements, and coordination of audit, and audit reporting, assisting and replying to auditors’ questions;
· Follow the accounting booking in all its aspects, and carry out the related reporting, including but not limited to VAT declarations and you will coordinate related payments, when applicable;
· Assisting from accounting perspective in any external audit which may be requested by competent authorities / authorised bodies;
· Taking care of bank reconciliations,
· Participating in the production of consolidated financial statements supporting accounting teams of related companies.
· Assisting finance team and management in the production and update of yearly budgets;
· Take care of tax declarations and tax related tasks;
· Production of various analytics reports
Perform all other necessary accounting tasks, not expressly listed above.
What makes you successful:

• Academic degree in Finance or Accounting with strong accounting and finance background, and deep knowledge of accounting standards;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Several years of experience in a similar position for a commodity trading company;
• Valid work permit;
• Knowledge of local administration practices and regulations;
• German and English : fluent (written and spoken);
• The knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
• Other Skills:

-Excellent written and oral communication skills;
-Strong organizational skills
-Knowledge of IT programs: mainly Excel, Word, Outlook.
-Knowledge of ERP system (knowledge of Business Central (NAV) is a plus).
