Job Summary:

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for managing the business and relationships with our retail partners’ stores within a specific regional area. Additionally, this position will also provide training and on-boarding support to Sephora employees and Too Faced team members. This is a field position that will be based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct trainings with store personnel
On-board new team members and ensure training
Plan and attend in-store events
Achieve retail sales goals by door and by regional area
Provide reports on out of stocks or report other store issues
Provide reports on retail productivity and performance by store
Manage day-to-day operations ensuring the ’24 hour response time’ rule is adhered to
Communicate with Commercial Manager on a weekly basis
Complete and submit expense reports on a monthly basis
Stay within travel and business expense budget

Requirements:

Sephora experience
Cosmetics experience
Advance German and English
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Able to travel within a designated territory
Dedicated and detail oriented
Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on
