Tech Lead/Senior .NET Engineer

For our Lugano office, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector,
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deeply understand business requirements and proactively propose innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals effectively
- Develop high-quality software by applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and excellence
- Collaborate with architects to define and develop the best technical solution and robust infrastructure
- Drive quality delivery with a strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and seamless deployment processes
- Ensure top-notch performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions you build
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in computer science or engineering
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET and .NET Core
- In-depth knowledge of Microservices Architecture principles and their practical implementation
- Solid understanding and application of TDD, Clean code, and SOLID principles
- Experience with DBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL, or DB2, alongside strong SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a strong advantage
- Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory
Location Requirement
- We do not offer a fully remote work policy
- Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.)
- Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy
