For our Lugano Branch (CH) we are searching for professionals to be included in our organization. We are looking for talented Data Engineers with strong expertise in Data Warehouse solutions to join our dynamic and international team and help us drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data warehousing solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability in an on-premises environment
• Create and manage efficient ETL pipelines to transform, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse
• Develop and optimize data mart tables to support business intelligence and analytics needs, ensuring data is accessible and usable for end-users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Scientific degree / master, preferably in computer science or engineering
• 5 + working experience with DWH solutions, preferably in the Financial Services/Banking area
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle technologies
• Advanced knowledge of data warehousing concepts and schema optimization based on usage patterns
• Excellent hands-on experience in data modeling
• Solid experience with SQL and ideally OLAP
• Hands-on experience in developing ETL processes, maintaining systems for tracking data quality and consistency and using databases in a large-scale and complex data sets
• Good understanding of BI tools (e.g. Business Objects, Microstrategy or Tableau) is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English
