Job requirements:
1. Responsible for developing new overseas E-bike clients and maintaining future KA clients;
2. Responsible for market analysis, research, and feedback to headquarters, participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans for overseas regions;
3. Responsible for competitor analysis and research, collecting market information on the main competitors of the current group, including competitor models and other information, including but not limited to functional parameters, product prices, market share, customer reputation, etc;
4. Maintain existing overseas customer relationships of the company, regularly visit key customers, strengthen communication and collaboration, and increase customer stickiness;
5. Participate in the development and implementation of new product salons to enhance brand awareness;
6. Participate in exhibition research, organize and coordinate exhibition matters, etc;
7. Complete sales and other tasks set by superiors.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Having over 2 years of experience in EBIKE overseas sales and over 5 years of experience in overseas sales, familiar with overseas market conditions;
2. Having undertaken challenging tasks such as land reclamation or overcoming difficulties, and achieved goals, experiencing a development stage from 0 to 1; And have strong enterprising spirit and market development spirit;
3. Having good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills in both Chinese and Western contexts;
4. Strong career ambition and entrepreneurial spirit, outgoing personality, understanding and insight into customer behavior;
5. Has strong resilience and self adjustment ability, able to quickly adapt to the work pace of rapidly growing enterprises.
Job Type: 100%
Pay: CHF4’900.00 - CHF10’000.00 per month
