For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Key responsibilities:

• Act a local system administrator for laboratory relevant applications
  
• Provide Level 2 support for applications as required including escalation to Level 3 support groups
  
• Document administrative tasks in the quality systems as required including qualification of application configuration items, documentation of changes etc.
  
• Participate in projects and initiatives as required. Represent the DPS organization on those projects.
  

Key requirements:

• Education or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Life Sciences
  
• Excellent knowledge of laboratory operations
  
• Ability to perform analysis of stakeholder operations and configure applications to support those operations and according to internal and external procedures and regulatory requirements.
  
• Experience acting as an administrator of computerized systems, in particular, electronic lab notebooks, EWB and/or LIMS systems
