We’re looking for a process and quality specialist to:
We’re looking for a process and quality specialist to:
- be point-of-entry contact for queries about regulations, processes, tools and risk
- organize and conduct training for new tools and processes to improve quality and enablement
- monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the team and escalate if necessary
- identify, evaluate and implement mitigation measures for client related risks
- maintain the quality of client relationships by proactively delivering holistic solutions that address their needs
- collaborate closely with client advisors, assistants and the desk head, as well as various other internal departments

Your team
You’ll be working as part of our Wealth Management Near East Desk. We help institutions, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
Your expertise
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or dealing with risk topics
- banking related education (apprenticeship, traineeship or a bachelor’s degree)
- excellent knowledge of wealth management offerings, products and processes
- meticulous, with a focus on details and standards
- good written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be facilitating training)
- fluent in English and French, other languages a plus
