Position Summary

Join our team as an intern focusing on improvements in Accounts Payables (AP) and supporting Basware (3rd party Saa S vendor platform) roll-out. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our AP improvement processes and contributing valuable support in unlocking more values in our Basware project which is linked to the SAP S/4hana. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial process improvements and project management within a dynamic and international environment.

Your Role

Basware Live Entities:

• Build and maintain AP baselines, regularly measuring volumes such as vendor, invoice, and payment counts (in SAP, in Basware).
• Create, maintain and manage KPIs, collaborating with regional AP leads and Basware contacts to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with AP teams on Continuous Improvements (CIP) for new requirements, covering definition, documentation, design support, testing, regression testing, implementation, and communication.
• Conduct regular alignment calls with AP teams to ensure smooth operations.

SAP S/4hana – Basware Upgrade Project:

• Support the SAP / Basware version upgrade project, acting as a coordination point between SAP, Basware, and AP teams.
• Provide testing support to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science with a focus on business applications, or a related field. (matriculation required in a university / school during the internship duration).
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong skills in Excel and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP S/4hana (AP), Basware Admin, and Project Place (project management tool)).
