We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager with a passion for the tourism and transportation industries.
Requirements:
· Swiss driver’s license D or D1 (along with BPT 121)
· Excellent knowledge of Swiss geography
· Native speaker of French or German
· Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
· Planning drivers’ schedules
· Communicating with and supervising drivers
· Implementing periodic driver assessments
· Conducting periodic vehicle inspections
· Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Type: Fixed contract opportunity (50-80%)
Location: Ittigen (Bern), with remote work possible by agreement. Regular travel to Geneva and Zurich is required.
