Experience required

• Solid experience in implementing and configuring Jira solutions (at least 1 year).
• Good experience in analyzing software solutions in the collaborative field (at least 1 year).
• Teamwork and must easily and quickly integrate into the team
• Jira certification: a serious asset.
• Developer experience: an asset
• Atlassian administration experience: an asset.

Responsibilities
Position: Within the Tooling team, several Jira Data Centers instances under Administration

• Provide advice to employees on best practices for using Atlassian Jira solutions.
• Analyze the tasking and service desk needs expressed by internal customers and configure projects according to the standards defined by the team.
• Provide support to users and facilitate their adoption of these solutions.
• Ensure the monitoring and correction of bugs and incidents in Production on these solutions.
