For our client, we are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure strict adherence to confidentiality obligations and to oversee the secure handling of sensitive information in compliance with legal and contractual requirements

Tasks

• Conduct customer due diligence and analyze business relationships for compliance risks
• Ensure confidentiality in all tasks, including handling sensitive information and business relationships
• Clarify and document compliance standards and findings systematically
• Manage and oversee compliance obligations related to auxiliary persons, ensuring their adherence to contractual and legal confidentiality provisions
• Monitor and act upon potential breaches of confidentiality, ensuring appropriate corrective measures
• Return or securely destroy sensitive documents after task completion, except where mandatory legal record-keeping applies

Requirements

• Expertise in compliance within the banking sector
• Experience handling high-risk business relationships, including topics like money laundering, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), name-matching, or Tme R (Transaction Monitoring)
• Proficiency in compliance documentation and adherence to compliance standards
• Strong skills in Excel for compliance-related tasks
• Fluency in English and Italian
