Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Swiss AML regulations, maintaining top-tier regulatory compliance.
- Conduct global exposure assessments of new and existing clients to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
- Oversee account opening processes and manage KYC periodic reviews to meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Provide expert advice to client advisors on AML/CTF compliance matters.
- Perform risk assessments, thematic reviews, and focused analyses as required.
- Actively contribute to compliance projects, including developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
- Education: Higher education in law, economics, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Diploma of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management).
- Experience: 3–5 years in a Financial Crime Compliance Department of a Swiss bank, with expertise in complex account openings, KYC reviews, and a deep understanding of AML/CDB regulations.
- Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a flexible and thorough approach.
- Effective communicator and team player with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
- Pragmatic and solution-focused, with strong decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
