Your main areas of accountability:

• Manage accounts payables, and prepare payments.
• Manage accounts receivables, and ensure invoices are timely, accurate, and complete in accordance with the customer's guidelines and expectations.
• Manage and reconcile bank statements, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses.
• Prepare and enter month-end journal entries.
• Process, record, and review employee expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile intercompany account balances.
• Assist in controlling and reporting on expenses.
• Manage financial reporting and other accounting tasks.
• Assist with continuous process improvements.

Desired qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with accounting software and data entry.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures (GAAP) including Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• MS Office and ERP knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus.
