Position Overview:As a Solution Architect for our Multimedia OTT Platform, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions that are scalable, robust, and align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that our OTT platform meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions for the Multimedia OTT Platform.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements and define solution architecture.
• Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Guide development teams throughout the implementation phase, providing technical expertise and support.
• Conduct architectural reviews and evaluations, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and are aligned with company standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into architectural designs when appropriate.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Multimedia Technologies: Unified Streaming, Mediakind, Media Excel, Bitmovin, Ceeblue, Cires, Irdeto, Akamai, Fastly, Google Ad Manager
• Streaming Protocols: HLS, DASH, Smooth Streaming, CMAF
• DRM: Play Ready, Fair Play, Widevine
• CDN, Microsoft Azure
• Ad Replacement: CSAI (Client-Side Ad Insertion), SSAI (Server-Side Ad Insertion)
• HBBTV

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with application development using Node.js, Java, and Python.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and No SQL.
• Expertise in integration technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with multimedia technologies and OTT platforms.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools for CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Proven experience in video integration for multimedia platforms.
• Strong proficiency in handling MPEG Transport Streams, MPEG-DASH, HLS, and Smooth Streaming protocols.
• Familiarity with DRM technologies like Play Ready, Fair Play, and Widevine.
• Understanding of CDN and Ad-replacement technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
