The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
Job Description:
- Processes of onboarding (registration with financial entities) of companies.
- Execution of Know your Customer (KYC) requirements with banks.
- Management of required forms in coordination with the tax area.
- Management of internal and external audit requests.
- Processing of bank transactions.
- Management of opening/closing of foreign accounts.
- Request of profitability quotations for cash and comparative results.
- Registration of financial investments made in the corresponding system.
- Daily operational relationship with financial institutions.
- Electronic banking administration.
- Updating of databases.
- Reporting of transactions carried out.
- Archiving.
Our ideal profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
- C1-C2 level of English
- Knowledge of Office Package
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Person with initiative, proactive and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
