- Asistir al equipo de venta para que conseguir una excelente atención al cliente
- Recepcionar y colocar el producto para optimizar la oferta a los clientes
- Comunicarse de manera consistente con el equipo de venta para asegurar un excepcional servicio al cliente
Embajador de Ralph Lauren
- Representar los valores y el espíritu de Ralph Lauren
- Demostrar una cultura donde el cliente es lo primero
- Dar soporte desde la parte operacional al equipo de venta para proporcionar una experiencia y acogida excepcional a los clientes
Operaciones
- Uso de los sistemas y procedimientos de Ralph Lauren para mejorar las eficiencias operacionales
- Uso efectivo de las herramientas de reposición para asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y estandares de Ralph Lauren
- Mantenimiento de la tienda
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
