Essential Duties & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
One team focused on the consumer
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients
Ralph Lauren Ambassador
- Effectively network & be constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaign Maintain an in-depth level of product knowledge
Operations
- Have advanced skills in the online sales and digital platforms
- Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
- Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
- Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure
- Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via outreach
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
WHO YOU ARE/WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand image and visual merchandising knowledge and experience
- Experience in operations management
- Mandatory: English. Highly valued: French, Russian, Arabic
