Essential Duties & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

One team focused on the consumer

Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service

Ralph Lauren Ambassador

Effectively network & be constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaign

Operations

Have advanced skills in the online sales and digital platforms
Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure
Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via outreach

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

WHO YOU ARE/WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand image and visual merchandising knowledge and experience
Experience in operations management
Mandatory: English. Highly valued: French, Russian, Arabic
