We are looking for a person who lives in Catalonia/Valencia/Andalusia, has experience in active sales, and speaks Spanish and Ukrainian/Russian at a communicative level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing a strategy and driving sales in the assigned territory.
- Achieving planned sales targets.
- Searching for and connecting new clients.
- Ensuring timely and full payment for products, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by clients.
- Conducting meetings and negotiations with clients during business trips, as well as participating in industry exhibitions.
- Monitoring the "Beauty" market and visiting sales points in the assigned territory.
- Transparent motivation system (salary + % from sales + KPI bonuses).
- Work in a dynamic international company.
- Constant support from colleagues and management.
- Interesting tasks, business trips, and participation in exhibition events.
- Partial remote work in a home-office format.

- Official employment, paid vacation, and sick leave.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian).
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in active sales.
- Availability of a car and a driving license.
- Willingness to travel — at least 5 working days per month.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-organized, and communicative.
