About the job
In this position, you will report to the Head of Sales Software Configuration. As an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Application Consultant, you will be responsible for the software configuration of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) application. Understanding the process requirements defined by the Global Process Experts (GPEs) you will design, implement, maintain, and improve the OTM software solutions within the IT software development department You will work in a highly motivated international team and participate in exciting projects.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Analyzing the requirements, design, implementation, configuration, development, and support (3rd level) of the Oracle TMS application.
• Providing issues resolution, root cause analysis and bug fixing.
• Documentation of implemented solutions
• Cooperating with global Integrated Business Services (IBS) teams implementing projects, attending requests and implementing changes
• Supporting the Global Process Experts (GPEs) and Business area on improvement projects implementation, software changes definition

What we expect from you in terms of

Education

• Higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

• Expert knowledge in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Some years of experience with issue resolution and software implementation
• Project methodology expertise
