We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to be a key part of our fast-growing team.

- Serve as the first point of contact, addressing general inquiries from managers and employees, including labor law questions.
- Act as the primary HR contact for location/region-specific HR administration.
- Manage HR documentation and systems effectively, accurately, and on time.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of all personnel matters handled by the HR team.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and implementing new processes within the department.
- Support disciplinary actions, terminations, and mediations.
- Manage probation periods and contract terminations in collaboration with managers and team leads.
- Assist with absence, attendance, and leave processes.
- Conduct onboarding for all new employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and data for relevant countries.
- Oversee employment contracts for new hires, contract amendments, and employee exits.
- Provide support in onboarding, following up with new employees and managers, and serving as the point of contact for new hires on their first day.
- Assist with payroll processing as required.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role in Spain.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws, agreements, and contracts. Familiarity with other markets is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
- Proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated experience in an international HR environment.
