Mott Mac Donald is a global engineering, management and development consultancy. We work on many significant low carbon and renewable projects locally, in-region and globally. By joining our team, you will be part of some of the largest and innovative projects worldwide. You will be working with our energy team delivering prestigious projects for a wide variety of stakeholders including developers, investors, lenders, manufacturers and regulators. Our project services include technical advisory, owner’s engineering, feasibility studies, project and programme management, conceptual design, detailed engineering design and asset management.

The Opportunity

Be involved in delivery of our exciting energy projects in Korea and across the region, collaborating with our wider energy team in the region and globally

• Drive the delivery of a range of energy projects in the role of a project manager. This is with a focus on solar PV and wind energy, with other opportunities in energy storage, hydropower, hydrogen and low carbon • Undertake technical engineering work/assessment to perform advisory and engineering tasks, supporting clients through all phases of project.

Support senior members of staff with commercial activities through proposals preparation, and other associated business development tasks.

Candidate Specification :

Bachelor or Master’s Degree, in a relevant engineering discipline.
Candidate is envisaged to be someone having between 4 to 8 years of professional experience in renewable energy or energy business. More senior candidates could also be considered.
Experience working on renewable projects in Korea is preferred. Experience specifically in the wind energy sector is a plus.
Team player, strong analytical skills, high flexibility and ability to work individually
Full fluency in English and Korean, whereby written reports are expected to be delivered in English.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
Willingness to travel when needed for site visits and client meetings
