Job Title: Religious Education Coordinator
Location: Osan, South Korea

Duties:

• The applicant must Coordinate monthly with Senior Protestant chaplain to arrange space and setup for protestant programs.
• The applicant must schedule and organize, in conjunction with the Catholic RE coordinator, events that incorporate Protestant programs such as Vacation Bible School (VBS) at least two months in advance.
• The applicant must organize and setup classes/class room spaces needed for Religious Education; recruit teachers, substitutes, and other necessary volunteers; train teachers and substitutes; and provide workshops as required during the year.

Qualifications:

• Ability to function as a team member in a pluralistic environment working with chaplains, staff, and volunteers from a variety of Protestant Christian backgrounds.
• Possess a basic working knowledge of Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund (CTOF) and appropriated funds budget process and procedures.

Education/Experience:

• The applicant must have documented and verifiable experience of at least one year working in an administrative office environment.
• The applicant must have experience as a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator or as a Director of Christian Education in a local Church.
