What You’ll Do:As our Affiliate Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our affiliate marketing program to new heights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Development: Crafting and executing innovative affiliate marketing initiatives to boost player acquisition and revenue.
• Partner Recruitment: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach fresh audiences.
• Relationship Building: Cultivating strong partnerships by providing ongoing support, resources, and incentives to maximize performance.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing affiliate metrics, tracking KPIs, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Industry Insights: Staying updated on trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to uncover new opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Reporting: Preparing engaging reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year as an Affiliate Manager in the i-Gaming field.
• Partner Expansion: A proven track record in growing a partner base.
• Active Recruitment: Skills in attracting and retaining partners for the long haul.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Asian markets is a plus.
• Affiliate Insight: Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance metrics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to connect and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Results-Driven: A history of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or Ukrainian is essential; basic knowledge of Korean is a bonus.
