The Service Campaign Coordinator will work between the service department/marketing department to push campaigns/information and offers to customers. Very strong communication skills as well as high levels of competence in excel. Must have the ability to work through data on excel.

As the Service Campaign Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with gathering data from various internal and external sources;
Assist with maintaining data quality and integrity;
Support the team with documenting solutions;
Assist with generating information and insights from data sets;
Create visualisations to present data insights in an understandable and actionable manner;
Create charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data to help stakeholders;
Assist with gathering input from stakeholders to ensure the data solutions provided meet their needs;
Support and execute on initiatives and campaigns resulting from data and insights;
Communicate with customers on extended warranties
Drive email campaigns

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Essential)
Certification in relevant software or analytics tools (advantageous);
Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques
Familiarity with data visualization best practices
