Ensuring that Ampath maintains a competitive, fair, and equitable remuneration and reward system that aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives. Provide expert guidance on remuneration strategies, analyse market trends, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent to NQF level 7 in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Required), SARA affiliation and GRP Certification will be advantageous. (Required) Experience in Remuneration and general HR, Experience with financial analysis and reporting, Knowledge: Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Knowledge: Employment Equity Act (EEA), Knowledge: Global Remuneration Procedures, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: Labour Relations Act (LRA), Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Power Point, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: Payroll practices and systems, Knowledge of Salary survey systems, Knowledge of tax rules Assist with the management of the salary and remuneration processes to ensure achievement of Ampath objectives, Conduct salary surveys, examine predictions for market changes in salary ranges, interpret salary data and perform analysis, according to Market Data, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Manage the HRIS budget in order to control expenses and ensure correct allocation of funds, Manage the HRIS department to ensure departmental goals are met, Perform administration tasks in order to ensure effective administration systems in the laboratory, Perform general administrative tasks to ensure effective administration of information and processes in order to provide a quality service
