We are currently looking for a highly motivated Internal Agency Recruiter to join our team. This role will focus exclusively on candidate sourcing with no business development required. Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple platforms (Linked In, job boards, ATS, etc.) for UK-based clients.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and ensure the best candidate match.
• Write compelling job advertisements that attract top talent for various roles.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date candidate database in the ATS.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on candidate sourcing (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal—tailored to UK market expectations.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and innovative methods to engage passive candidates.
