With a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, the Assistant Lodge Manager will play a pivotal role in making every guest's stay extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional guest experience, creating personal yet professional connections with guests from arrival to departure
Ensure every aspect of the guest's stay is perfectly organised, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations
Host meals, offering warm, authentic, and engaging interactions
Work alongside the Lodge Manager to ensure all departments are running at their best
Manage administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Contribute to staff training, development, and welfare initiatives, while continuously improving service delivery
Plan and execute guest delight activities to enhance the overall experience
Lead and manage staff with empathy, fairness, and professionalism

Personal Characteristics:
Excellent conversational English
High attention to detail and accuracy
Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality
Comfortable and confident in a diverse, multicultural environment
Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
Willingness to teach, inspire, and share knowledge

Qualifications & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Valid driver’s licence
Previous experience in a similar role

The Package:
Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month
Live-in accommodation provided
