Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and draft solutions for review
- Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs
- Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder
- Predominantly will interact within the Business Academy team, though may join meetings or email threads that include the wider business
- Video editing
- Power Point skills to support learning content development
- Strong written English skills are required, and any video editing experience will be an advantage
- Adheres to the values of TMF Group in all interactions, both internal and external
- Shows awareness of who their stakeholders are and their business needs
- Responds promptly to client requests and whenever possible within agreed timelines
- Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate
- Understand the impact of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed
- Strong written English skills are required, and any video editing experience will be an advantage
- Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies
