Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Instore Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunitiesand providing customers with a great shopping experience.
Responsibilities :
•Greet customers and provide them with product information, pricing, and availability.
•Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
•Process sales transactions accurately.
•Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
•Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
▪︎Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪︎Strong customer service skills.
▪︎Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
▪︎Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
▪︎High school diploma or equivalent level 4 and Passport with a valid permit.
