Vice President - Product Compliance

Our client, a major bank, is seeking a seasoned product compliance professional for their Private Banking division. As a key member of the Business Oversight Compliance Team in Singapore, you will provide compliance support to front office staff in the Asian market and collaborate with global and regional colleagues on conduct and reputational risk issues.


Expectations
  • Offer guidance on regulatory developments, new products, and changes to existing offerings, as well as address queries about policies and regulations.
  • Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.
  • Sound and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Singapore regulatory and the spectrum of financial products used by the Private Banks.
