Job Summary: As the Vice President of Sales based in our Singapore office, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategies and initiatives across the Asian markets. This role requires a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, network marketing or direct sales. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, VPs of Market Expansion and the VP of International Marketing to develop and implement effective sales tools and training programs that are tailored to the needs of the Asian community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO and VPs of Market Expansion to drive sales strategies and achieve aggressive growth targets across new and existing markets. Focus on aligning field activities with broader sales objectives to maximize market penetration.
- Develop Sales Talent: Actively train, and develop VPs of Market Expansion with a sharp focus on building a high-performing sales force. Implement targeted coaching programs centered on: advanced selling techniques, effective negotiation and closing strategies, continuous sales performance improvement
- Sales Engagement and Training: Engage with VPs of Market Expansions on a consistent basis through various platforms such as in-person workshops, regional sales meetings, virtual meetings, and direct coaching sessions. Ensure all sales personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and motivation to succeed.
- Lead and Enhance Sales Operations in Asian Markets: Take charge of enhancing the sales operations across Asian markets, focusing on customized strategies that cater to regional specifics.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor the VPs of Market Expansion in utilizing sales tools effectively, ensuring they are equipped to drive sales team performance.
- Collaboration for Tool Development: Work with the VP of International Marketing to develop and refine sales tools and strategies that address the unique needs of the Asian community and globally.
- Powerful Presentations and Training: Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to internal teams and key stakeholders and during international conventions and events.
- Compensation and Incentives: Help design and manage compelling compensation plans and promotions that motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Innovative Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of blockchain and AI technologies within our sales processes and customer interactions, enhancing efficiency and engagement.
- Market Expansion: Explore and identify new market opportunities within Asia (but not limited to as other markets open) to expand Vyvo Social Fi’s footprint, continuously pushing for geographical and market segment growth.
- Performance Monitoring and Sales Optimization: Regularly review and adjust sales action plans while closely monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures. Quickly identify underperforming areas and implement strategic interventions to accelerate sales activities and achieve targets.
- Sales-Driven Communication: Deliver compelling corporate messaging, sales incentives, and promotional opportunities directly to sales teams. Ensure clear communication of sales goals, strategies, and rewards to keep teams aligned and motivated.
- Adaptive Sales Environment: Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where quick decision-making and flexibility are paramount. Adapt strategies in real-time to respond to market changes and internal dynamics, maintaining a relentless focus on sales excellence and market growth.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, network marketing, and direct sales, including 5+ years in a similar role focusing on leadership development in a decentralized environment.
- Proven track record of opening up and building new markets, as well as enhancing existing ones.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with VPs of Market Expansion to effectively increase sales.
- Exceptional leader who motivates by example.
- Polished and professional communication skills with a strong emphasis on written, verbal, and online interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ZOOM.
- Strong understanding of compensation mechanisms in sales.
- Passion for blockchain technology and artificial intelligence.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Willing and able to work a varying schedule to drive organizational success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working in a highly independent work environment while delivering defined results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, demonstrating high proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Must be based in our Singapore office.
- Experience in sales and/or training within a 100% commission environment.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $137,194.95 per year
