Solar Project Engineer

- Lead the design, planning and implementation of solar PV projects.
- Liaison between different stakeholders and ensure needs of all stakeholders are met.
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including procurement, selection of vendors/contractors, delivery of equipment , installation, testing and commissioning.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance during on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and equipment schedules, identify and resolve technical issues or challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for solar PV projects.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, schedules, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality assurance checks, and performance evaluations to ensure long-term reliability of installed solar PV systems. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Renewable/Clean Energy/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
- Technical knowledge in PV or Electrical.
- Relevant working experience of 1 year and above.
- Dynamic and committed with a proactive working attitude.
- Based in Singapore, accept business trips to Indonesia and other SEA countries.
- Good interpersonal skills.
