Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Retail Consultant to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP IS-Retail solutions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier clients, optimizing retail processes and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to business needs.


Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Customization:

• Configure and customize SAP IS-Retail modules to meet client-specific requirements.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from gathering requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.

Retail Process Optimization:

• Analyze retail operations and recommend SAP IS-Retail functionalities to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Deliver tailored solutions for merchandising, pricing, supply chain, and inventory management.
  

Collaboration:

• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable deliverables.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP IS-Retail implementations, resolving technical and functional issues.

• Conduct user training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of SAP solutions.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for project configurations, customizations, and workflows.

• Prepare regular updates and status reports for stakeholders.
  

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-Retail implementation and support.
Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SAP IS-Retail modules, including merchandise management, pricing, and inventory management.

• Strong understanding of retail business processes and best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
