- Expand Bo Concept’s brand awareness and sales channels in both B2B and B2B2C segments.
- Design and execute growth strategies for the next 1-10 years, evaluating financial performance regularly.
- Devise plans for team execution, set policies, and maintain yearly budgets and expenses.
- Optimize employee productivity and professional development, including leadership hires at the front of the house.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outperform in merchandise performance, visual display, sales, and pipeline management.
- Lead discussions with the finance team to ensure business profitability and effective cash flow management.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and success in strategic planning.
- Knowledgeable in various business processes (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
- 3-5 years of retail experience with a strong background in planning and budgeting.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Engaging, positive, and motivating communication style.
- Problem-solving aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
