About the role

Work Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Senior Product Management Lead PAH APMEA

The Product Manager Proactive Health will perform core Product management role mobilizing the different functions to ensure the robust of the portfolio.


The successful candidate will have strong product and project management skill, experience handling Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), CMO, (Third Party Manufacturing) TPM management skill, Commercial and Business Development experience. You will be comfortable working in a highly matrix organization with strong team work and cross functional collaboration with different departments like; sales, regulatory, marketing, quality and supply chain. Your core focus countries will be Korea, Japan, SEA, India, China, ANZ, Bangladesh, Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio enablement projects

• Ability to drive a portfolio strategy, to drive a portfolio launch
• Ability to generate and establish processes (way of working within the team (regional and global))
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities. Work with cross functional teams (Regulatory, Research & Development, Sales, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain)
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation with Global team
• Managing delivery of the project according to the plan
• Project manage end to end activities across functions ensuring executions are in accordance to plan
• Lead and present projects to various teams including leadership team members
• Escalate risk as relevant to project steer-co & provide recommendation for a decision

Supplement formulation projects

• Coordinate concepts creation between CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) and Kerry R&D
• Work closely with different stakeholders (CDMO, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain)
• Support key business initiatives
• Support customers projects

Others

• Role request business traveling up to 25%
• Night calls with other regions up to 30-40%

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline. At least 5-10 years of Product Management related experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance or structure
• Agile and able to operate within ambiguity
• Have the ability to coordinate and drive projects forward while liaising/ interacting with multiple functions stakeholders in fast-paced business environment.
• Mobilize a structured approach to managing project execution to minimize business disruption.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Nutraceutical, Dietary supplements and Functional ingredients industry experience in Asia Pacific region will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Power Point
• Strong communication and writing skills in English
