We're seeking a skilled Engineer, Quality Assurance to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality assurance aspects of our technical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in our shift-left testing process and entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define, test, and validate product requirements.
• Design, execute, and automate tests for web applications and backend APIs, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Produce detailed test reports and serve as the sign-off authority for feature releases.
• Work closely with Development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of testing automation frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing expertise and promoting growth.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• 2-5 years of experience in web application testing and automation.
• Strong foundation in Software Engineering concepts and STLC life cycle.
• Ability to write test plans and test strategy documents.
• Good knowledge of API and Web testing, Networking, and Operating System concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testing automation tools.
• Background working in product companies.
