Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely dispatch and collection of documents, ensuring accurate handling and delivery to various professional firms. This role is pivotal in maintaining the flow of information and materials critical to our client's operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching documents to designated locations promptly and accurately.
• Collecting documents from various sources as instructed by the management.
• Scanning documents to convert physical files into digital format.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail within the organization.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all business documents.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with the local area and routes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Possession of personal transport, such as a motorcycle, with a valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
