- Conduct refraction, diagnostic eye tests, comprehensive eye checks, and operate diagnostic equipment.
- Assist the doctor in handling LASIK equipment and simple procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-operation counselling, including financial counselling for patients.
- Perform front counter duties such as registration, dispensing medication, payment collection, and appointment scheduling.
- Diploma in Optometry from a recognized local institution (Singapore Polytechnic/Ngee Ann Polytechnic).
- Fully registered with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
