- Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
- Attend to customers with appointments and walk ins.
- Assist all customers enquiries via emails, phone calls and Whats App messages.
- Manage outlet POS system for sales transactions.
- Handling all sales receipts and payments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
- Ability to deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.
- Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
- Ability to speak English and Chinese. Ability to speak Korean will be an advantage.
- Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, cheerful, proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to adapt in a multicultural working environment
